Delivery

Delivery is FREE for orders over $100 or just $5 per order to anywhere within New Zealand.
All deliveries are dispatched via Parcel Post Track & Trace and take between 2 to 4 working days from receipt of payment (allow two extra days for Rural Delivery)
Orders received before midday (NZST) on weekdays will be sent the same day
To calculate the cost of your international delivery simply add an item into My Order and enter your country get a quote

Your personal information is safe with us. The team at AGATHA absolutely loath spam (we do find the odd piece we get funny) and will never pass on any information you supply without your consent to anyone out side of AGATHA.

AGATHA International Guarantee

AGATHA want you to always be happy with your purchase, therefore if you change your mind about an item purchased or it is damaged or defective simply return it for a replacement, or exchange.
You can return all items within 14 days of receipt of order.
All items must be in original, unused condition including all protective packaging.
AGATHA has the right to refuse if the product is not in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for covering return freight costs back to us.

All prices on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or direct deposit within New Zealand.

About AGATHA products - ring sizes, materials etc

AGATHA uses two ring indexs - "T" Sizes and the French sizing
- T sizes go up in twos from T48 (48mm in circumference around the inside of the ring) to T58 (58mm)
- There are 3 French sizes PM (50mm in circumference around the inside of the ring), MM (54mm) and GM (56mm)
Not sure what ring size you are? - simply grab piece of string, wrap it around your finger (not too tight!) and measure it - then match it with one of the AGATHA ring sizes from T48-T58 or PM to GM
Most AGATHA jewellery is made of gorgeous .925 Sterling Silver and either e-coated or Rhodium plated.
In some cases, due to the complexity of the design or end cost of the item we use non-hypoallergenic metal
All AGATHA jewellery is designed in France, and many pieces are Hand made in France.
